In this chapter we’ll see how to get started. Register on the control panel,
if the registration is successful you will be redirected to the main page where you will find
a branch and a list already inserted by default by the system. Next to the list,
in the table, you will find the pin – take note of it, as it will be needed to link the app
that you need to install on one or more devices.
Our application can be installed only on Android devices starting from version 7.1
In Italy, the only mobile operator that offers truly unlimited sms is Iliad. The others, despite claiming unlimited sms, actually have a limit that you can find in the general contract terms. A business plan for VAT holders or companies is recommended.
When installing the GenioSms application, you need to verify the phone number. If it’s the first time verifying that specific phone number, you will receive 100 free credits. Each sms sent costs 1 credit, each sms received has no cost, it’s free. No free credits are available for phone numbers already verified in the past.

The same procedure is used to link additional devices to the same list pin
to have more phones sending your sms campaigns to the same list.
For mass sms sending, link as many phones as possible to the list.
Make sure you have a flat plan that allows you to send unlimited sms; many options exist and are inexpensive, preferably business plans.

In the video below we will show you how to import the phone numbers
from the device's phonebook into a list.
Note: Each device is linked to a list via the pin. Inside the
list, it is possible to add an unlimited number of phone numbers.
When you import the phonebook from the device, those numbers are
added to the list linked to the device. Also, when sending sms from the panel,
all phones with that pin send the campaigns together.
There are three ways to add phone numbers to the list: from the device's phonebook, manual copy-paste entry, and voluntary user subscription via sms by sending OK.

Naturally, the list they subscribe to is the one linked to the associated pin.
When a user sends OK to the phone where GenioSms is installed, they are
automatically added to the list of that pin.
We suggest incentivizing your users to subscribe, for example by giving them
a discount upon subscription.

by sending OK to a specific phone number where, naturally,
our GenioSms app is installed.
As mentioned, to link a device you need to enter a pin. The pin is tied to a list,
and each list has a different pin. Consequently, the subscription will be made to the list
associated with that pin.
Through the control panel, it is possible to customize the response messages.
When a user sends OK and subscribes, they receive a response sms.
This sms can be personalized, as shown in the video below.
The same applies to all other responses.

the quick guide. If you are logged in, once inside the control panel,
in the top menu on your right you will find help on/off.
Clicking it will display a quick guide with instructions related
to the category you are in. Once you understand the concept,
it is advisable to close the window as it is quite large and intrusive
for optimal navigation within the control panel.
