The autoresponder product is an automatic responder. Remember that we are always talking about interactions
that are possible where our app is installed on the device.
You can decide that upon receiving a specific word via sms, an automatic response is triggered.
For example, a store displays the following message in its window:
Send the message PROMOTION to phone number NNN to immediately receive
a 30% discount voucher Inside the autoresponder, you can set up an automatic
response upon receiving a specific word decided by you.
The autoresponder can be static, as in the case just mentioned above, or dynamic. The dynamic autoresponder involves that upon receiving a specific word predetermined by you, a script from a URL can be called. The script will receive the autoresponder's keyword and the sms message that the user will receive will be what the script outputs in HTML. For example. Suppose a user wants to know the price of a specific product. In the autoresponder panel, you enter the word S25 and as the URL you insert https://yoursite.com/script.php; this script will be passed the word S25. The script checks the price in the database and outputs the following message in HTML. The Samsung phone S25 costs €1,000. Order it by tomorrow and you will receive a €50 discount. What the script outputs in HTML will be the response that the user receives as a reply to the sms message they sent by writing S25
