After digitally signing a document, when the 3FG signature is approved, you will receive an sms confirming the signature and approval. The message contains a link from which you can download the 3FG signature certificate. Inside this certificate are the parameters required in the form below to proceed with the 3FG digital signature verification.

A document can be easily manipulated; having a signature certificate in hand means nothing unless the data in that certificate is verified as correct, or alternatively, the certificate is downloaded again.

The signature certificate document contains the data needed to verify the signature. Enter in the fields below Sign id, Document id, Sign request code, and Fingerprint signed doc, which is the digital fingerprint of the signed document.

GenioSms is not a guarantor certifying the 3FG digital signature; GenioSms provides the parties with a tool capable of generating digital signature evidence. Both the recipient and the signer will be provided with reliable evidence of the digital signature request. The parties—the signer and the recipient—exchange several sms messages that constitute valid evidence to be presented in case of disputes in the appropriate venues. The phone records of both parties contain the exchanged sms messages, which include, among other things, the fingerprint of the document signed by the signer and the approval of the digital signature by the recipient. Additionally, the signer must attach documents requested during the digital signature process: identity document, selfie, video selfie, and GPS geographic coordinates. Selfie, video selfie, and GPS are optional, not mandatory; it is up to the recipient to decide whether to request them.

The signer signs by sending the fingerprint of the document they wish to sign; before that, they are clearly instructed via sms on what to do to sign. They cannot claim ignorance. Only afterward do they sign by sending the fingerprint via sms from their device as a sign of signature. The recipient approves the signature by sending a confirmation sms from their device, where the GenioSms app is installed. Our GenioDoc algorithm is capable of generating a unique digital fingerprint for each document. If we add even a single space or comma to the same document, the fingerprint changes. The same document, if downloaded to the wallet, will always generate the same fingerprint.
