Ensure the authenticity and integrity of your signed documents. Use this portal to validate a 3FG Signature Certificate and confirm that the document in your possession is original and untampered.
When a 3FG digital signature is finalized and approved, a Signature Certificate is generated. This certificate acts as the "identity card" of the agreement.
Important: A certificate alone is not proof of authenticity, as digital files can be altered. To guarantee the document's validity, you must verify that the Fingerprint (Hash) on the certificate matches the mathematical data of the actual document.
Enter the following credentials from your 3FG Signature Certificate into the form below:
● Sign ID (The unique identifier for the signing event)
● Document ID (The reference for the file in the secure Wallet)
● Sign Request Code (The specific transaction token)
● Fingerprint Signed Doc (The unique GenioDoc cryptographic hash)
GenioSms is not a central Certification Authority. Instead, we provide a sophisticated technological framework that empowers both parties to generate and preserve immutable digital proof.
The foundation of the 3FG signature is the exchange of SMS messages between the Signer and the Recipient. These messages are logged in official carrier records and serve as documented evidence in case of disputes. These logs include:
1. The GenioDoc Fingerprint (Hash) sent by the signer as a declaration of consent.
2. The Approval Confirmation sent by the recipient to finalize the agreement.
Depending on the requirements of the recipient, a 3FG signature may also include a multi-factor verification layer:
● Government-issued ID (Identity document upload)
● Biometric Proof (Selfie or video-selfie)
● Geolocation (GPS coordinates at the time of signing)
These optional elements provide an additional, undeniable link between the digital act and the physical person.
Our proprietary GenioDoc system ensures that the content of your agreement is frozen in time.
● Zero Tolerance for Alteration: Even the slightest modification—such as adding a single comma or a space—will result in a completely different fingerprint, immediately voiding the verification.
● Consistent Traceability: As long as the document remains unchanged, it will always produce the same unique fingerprint, regardless of how many times it is downloaded or moved within the Wallet.
Unlike "one-click" signatures, the 3FG process ensures the signer is fully aware. The signer must manually send the document's fingerprint via SMS only after receiving clear, traceable instructions. This creates a transparent audit trail of informed consent that traditional digital signatures often lack.
