After digitally signing a document and once your 3FG signature has been approved, you will receive a confirmation SMS. This message contains a link to download your 3FG Signature Certificate.
The certificate includes all the information required to complete the verification process using the form below.

Please note that having a signature certificate alone is not sufficient, a digital document can be easily altered.

To ensure authenticity, it is essential to verify that the data contained in the certificate matches the actual document details. If needed, you can re-download the certificate for confirmation.

• Sign ID
• Document ID
• Sign Request Code
• Fingerprint Signed Doc (the unique digital fingerprint of the signed document)

Role of GenioSms

GenioSms is not a certification authority, but rather a platform that provides both parties with a tool to generate and preserve digital proof of signature.

Both the signer (the person who signs) and the recipient (the person requesting the signature) exchange a series of SMS messages that serve as documented evidence in case of any disputes.

The phone records of both parties contain these exchanged messages, which include:

• the digital fingerprint (hash) of the signed document,
• and the confirmation of digital signature approval sent by the recipient.

During the signing process, the signer may also be asked to provide additional verification elements, such as:

• an identity document,
• a selfie or video selfie,
• GPS coordinates.

These elements are optional, it is up to the recipient to decide whether to request them.

How the signature process works

The signer completes the signature by sending, via SMS, the fingerprint of the document they intend to sign.
Before signing, they receive clear SMS instructions explaining how to proceed, ensuring that the process is fully informed and traceable.
Only after reading and understanding the instructions does the signer send the document’s fingerprint from their own device as a sign of consent.

The recipient, in turn, approves the signature by sending a confirmation SMS from the device running the GenioSms app.

The integrated GenioDoc system within GenioSms generates a unique fingerprint for each document:
even the slightest change, such as an extra space or comma, produces a different fingerprint.
However, the same document, when re-downloaded or stored in the wallet, will always produce the same fingerprint, ensuring the integrity and traceability of the signed content
