In the previous chapter, we saw how to upload phone numbers into a list. At this point, you need to create a campaign, save it, and send it. Suppose you send 200,000 sms and 15,000 people request to unsubscribe. Without a management system like GenioSms, manually deleting 15,000 users is unthinkable. This is just one of many examples; the same applies to automated replies. GenioSms does everything for you. As we move forward in the guides, you will discover the world of GenioSms marketing.
Attention!
Mass messages must include a clear and simple way to opt out
of receiving further messages.
At the end of each message, include the following:
Reply to this sms by writing only DEL to unsubscribe from our lists
and no longer receive our communications in the future.
Video, mass sms sending.
In the video below, we show how to perform a mass send.
It is assumed that you have already filled the phone number list.
The first step is to create a campaign.
A branch and a list must be associated with the campaign to be sent.
In the video below, we can see 5 items
Send to subscribers sends sms only to voluntary subscribers, i.e., those who have
sent OK.
Send to phonebook sends sms only to numbers imported from the device's phonebook
with GenioSms.
Send to uploaded sends sms only to numbers manually added via copy-paste.
Send to sms sends sms only to phone numbers that interacted by responding via SMS.
People who, for example, participated in a survey by voting are not on the list.
Selecting this option also sends to them.
Send to not received sends sms only to numbers that have not yet received this
campaign. This feature is very important, as it prevents sending the same message
twice to the same phone number.
Send date The date on which the messages must be sent. In the video, we chose
to start sending the messages on the morning of the 29th at 09:00.
Repeat We did not use this option. If we had chosen repeat, for example,
every day, the message would be sent at 09:00 every day.
