GenioSms is a CRM platform developed for sms marketing, an sms gateway managed by a control panel on our servers. The idea was born from the need to send sms at a reasonable cost. GenioSms manages and automates sms sending and receiving processes, subscriptions, cancellations, list sending, autoresponders, surveys, advertising campaign creation, sending sms messages over 160 characters, sending scheduled and repetitive sms to both individuals and lists.

The idea is very simple: by installing our app on one or more phones, you leverage mobile lines with flat rates for unlimited sms. Everything is managed by our CRM control panel, where you can set all parameters and schedule and organize sends. On the mobile device, you don't need to do anything; everything is managed online from our control panel. Your phones will only send your sms.

At your disposal on our control panel is a suite of products specifically designed to allow companies to operate at their best. Once the work is set up, our servers will communicate with your phones, passing on the work to be done, even over time, as in the case of sms scheduled to be sent in the future; the phone will be awakened and the message will be sent at the scheduled time.

Automatic subscription and cancellation systems are provided, but you can also upload or delete phone numbers manually. Statistics, sms resending, sending sms to new subscribers who haven't received messages - we will see everything in detail later.

As mentioned, from the control panel you can organize your work. Once the work is set up, our servers will communicate with your phones, the ones where you have installed our application. The control panel is structured with a first sending section, within this section you will find the ability to set up advertising campaigns, send them, schedule sends over time, schedule an sms send that repeats every set period. The second section is dedicated to reception, for example an autoresponder that has the task of responding to specific keywords you set, for example FLYER that sends the flyer link via sms in reply to a received sms. sms surveys can be both sent and received. The third section is the administrative one, statistics, resending of sms that resulted in errors, details of sent sms. The fourth section is dedicated to developers, the API dev.

We do not transfer your data and your lists to third parties
Almost all companies that sell sms packages transfer your data to third parties, especially to your competitors. In their general terms and conditions, which you may have accepted without reading, the clause that your data may be transferred to third parties is always present. Our marketing policy is aimed at making the client grow and growing with them. Our goal is to have you purchase more and more sms messages to send. Your competition is welcome but will not use your data. In our general terms and conditions it is clearly specified that we do not transfer data to third parties; your data is only yours, the lists of phone numbers that you collect with effort and significant investments will never be transferred for any reason to third parties. Your phone number lists are only yours and will only receive your communications.
