GenioSms allows you to conduct surveys via sms. Online surveys can be altered by double or triple votes; it's simply a matter of deleting cookies from the browser and changing the IP address by disconnecting and reconnecting the internet line. Sms surveys cannot be altered; each phone number can only vote once. At most, if a user has two phone lines, they can vote twice, a fact that doesn't significantly alter the data anyway. The Sms survey can be used in various scenarios. You can ask your customers for feedback to assess their level of satisfaction, conduct political polls, market surveys, and so on. Surveys can also have sub-surveys depending on the response the user sends. For example, suppose there is a survey asking which political party one intends to vote for, listing possible votes as PARTY_A and PARTY_B. It is possible to create a new survey for those who vote for party A, perhaps asking which candidate they prefer from that party. Sub-surveys are unlimited; you can create an unlimited number of them. A new survey can follow each response.
