List subscription via sms with OK and DEL and manual loading of phone numbers into a list

As mentioned, in our control panel you can enter one or more branches of your company. When you register, the first branch is created automatically by the system. If you don't have other branches, you don't need to do anything else. Each branch can have one or more lists of phone numbers. Each list is linked to a PIN code that you must enter in the app you have installed on your device(s). By entering the PIN code, you link that device to the list that has that PIN. An unlimited number of devices can be linked with a single PIN code linked to a list.

Voluntary Subscription
There are two commands: OK and DEL. When a phone with the GenioSms app installed receives the OK command, the phone number that sent OK is subscribed to the list linked to that phone. If there are multiple phones with that PIN code, only one of the many phones will perform the subscription operation to the list, the first available one. A user subscribed to your list can receive your sms messages and your campaigns. From our control panel, you can create an unlimited number of campaigns to be sent via sms automatically to all subscribers. The messages will be sent by all phones that have the GenioSms app installed with the PIN code of that list. Incentivize your users or customers to subscribe to your lists, perhaps in exchange for a discount. Conversely, by sending an sms containing only the text DEL, uppercase or lowercase, the phone number that sends it is deleted from the list, which we repeat is the list linked to that smartphone. The phone number that sends DEL will be deleted from the list without distinction, whether the number was manually loaded into the list, imported from the phone book, or voluntarily subscribed with OK.

Manual Loading of Numbers into Lists
From the GenioSms app, it is possible to import all contacts present in the smartphone's address book; the numbers imported from the address book will be inserted into the list linked to that device. There is also the possibility to manually enter lists of phone numbers from our control panel on our website, this one. Also in the control panel, you will have the ability to manage these lists.

It is recommended to include a final text in each sms informing the receiving customer that if they do not wish to receive more messages, they can reply to the received message by writing DEL; they will be automatically removed from the list, regardless of how they were entered into that list, whether you loaded them manually, from the phone book, or they subscribed voluntarily by sending OK. When a customer subscribes to or unsubscribes from the list, they receive an automatic response containing a message that you can personalize. For example, you can incentivize your customers to subscribe by promising a discount code in return. Subscribe to our list to immediately receive a 10% discount voucher. The customizable response message could be: Thank you for subscribing! Present the following discount code at the checkout or on the website page to receive a 10% discount. The same applies for those who unsubscribe from the list. The response message could be as follows. We are sorry that you have decided to unsubscribe from our promo list. From this moment, you will no longer receive our communications; you have been unsubscribed. This is a confirmation message of cancellation. It's a real shame because some fantastic offers are coming soon. You can resubscribe to our list at any time by replying to this sms writing only the text OK.
