Advertising campaigns are sms messages that you predefine and save, which can be set up and sent to lists or individual phone numbers.
By installing our GenioSms app on multiple phones, it is possible to send sms advertising campaigns to large audiences. sms campaigns can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date via the calendar. There is also the option to set the campaign to repeat over time. For example, consider an accounting firm that needs to send a message to its clients every year. Campaigns can be reused and sent to new sms lists.
The advertising campaigns you create are linked to a branch and a list. You can add an unlimited number of branches, and each branch can have one or more lists. Each list has a pin, and each installed app is linked to a pin. Large companies with multiple branches can dedicate one or more devices to a list. If desired, subscribers can be managed separately; each branch or store has its own subscriber list or lists.
Advertising campaigns can be sent immediately, scheduled for the future, or repeated over time, at set intervals. From the control panel, it is also possible to interrupt scheduled sends or resend sms that were not delivered successfully. When multiple devices are present, the work is distributed across all phones; the first available phone receives the work and sends the sms. A campaign can also be sent to a specific category within the list. The list categories are: numbers loaded from the phone book, voluntary subscribers who sent an sms with the text OK to subscribe to the list, or numbers that have somehow interacted, such as a person who wrote FLYER to receive the flyer via Sms autoresponder or participants in an SMS survey.
The send to not received function allows us to send the sms campaign only to phone numbers in the list that have not yet received the campaign; a very useful function for sending the campaign only to new subscribers.
Send advertising campaigns to all subscribers while avoiding sending the same message twice to the same number. Have the convenience of managing unsubscribes automatically. At the end of each sms, we recommend including information on how to unsubscribe. A user who replies to a message by sending DEL is automatically removed from the list.
