By installing the GenioSms app on multiple devices, you can send marketing campaigns to a large number of recipients.
Messages campaigns can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date using the calendar.
You can also set up recurring campaigns, ideal for businesses such as firms that wish to send annual reminders or messages to their clients.
Campaigns can be reused and sent to new contact lists.
Each campaign is associated with a branch and a list. You can add an unlimited number of branches, and each branch can have one or more lists.
Every list is identified by a PIN, and each installed app is linked to a specific PIN.
Large companies with multiple branches can therefore assign one or more devices to each list.
If desired, subscribers can be managed separately, each branch or store can maintain its own contact list (or multiple lists).

From the control panel, it is also possible to stop scheduled sends or resend messages that were not successfully delivered. When multiple devices are available, the workload is automatically distributed: the first available phone receives the task and proceeds with sending the messages.
A campaign can also be sent to a specific category within the contact list. The list categories may include:
• Numbers imported from the phone’s address book;
• Voluntary subscribers who have sent an message with the word OK to subscribe to the list;
• Numbers that have previously interacted, for example, people who sent the message “FLYER” to receive a flyer via Autoresponder;
• Participants in an Survey.
The Send to Unreached function allows you to send the SMS campaign only to numbers in the list that have not yet received the message. This feature is particularly useful for sending campaigns exclusively to new subscribers.
