How to schedule customer notifications every 2 years:
1 - If you don’t have an account register
2 - From the panel go to Admin, branches and lists, select the list and take note of the pin
3 - Install the GenioSms app on an Android device, the sms will be sent from that phone
4 - After installing the app you will be asked to enter the pin and verify the number
5 - From the control panel, send menu choose create repeat campaign
6 - Once the repeat campaign is created, see example above.
7 - From the panel send menu, send repeat campaign and press send
8 - On the sending screen enter the customer’s mobile number, select the date the sms should be sent, select repeat message every 2 years and confirm

By following what is described above, your customer will automatically receive every 2 years an sms 30 days before their car inspection expires. You can also send another sms 10 days before, even one the day before — there is no limit to the number of scheduled and recurring sms messages. The same process can be done not only for a single user but for the entire customer list, perhaps to send holiday greetings — we’ll see that in another example.
